Santa Monica Mold Removal

We were called into a home in west Los Angeles, California. This home had mold contamination in several areas due to moisture underneath the crawlspace. The moisture had actually gone through the floorboards and up through the wall, and then with the walls getting heated up daily by the sun, those walls bred mold just like in a petri dish situation when we were all in school. We set up containment in each of the areas after we had diagnosed the issue. The mold was remediated inside the containment. All the proper procedures and protocols were followed. We installed our Clean Seal products which are green, safe, EPA approved products, not hazardous, the only type of products we ever use in our work. Additionally, we were able to solve the issue of the condensation mold and area from the crawlspace, and we were able to remediate, repair and remedy all of the issues for the owner. The home is now waterwise proofed.
